MICHAEL MEDINA

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Michael Medina, Vice President of Finance and Accounting, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial health of the company, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently, and managing the accounting and reporting functions. He is involved in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and plays a crucial role in decision-making processes by providing financial insights and analysis.

Prior to his current role, Michael was RPI Group's Director of the Cyber Solutions business unit. He manages contractual obligations and is accountable for the financial performance and growth of the unit. Additionally, Michael used his program management skills to oversee the daily activities of the cyber teams, managing personnel, focusing on quality assurance measures. Michael also has strong experience managing other areas and projects within company operations, such as facilities, information technology, and cyber services.

Michael’s 21 years in technology services has given him a multi-layered experience portfolio, which includes liaising with teams of government contractors issuing non-disclosure agreements, managing teaming agreements, and subcontracts. He is skilled in identifying pricing inefficiencies, implementing cost saving proposals, and advising the Chief Financial Officer on the overall financial scope of the company to aid in long-term business evaluations and direction. Michael’s strong technical abilities are a compliment to his experiences supporting the government customer building relationships of trust and working for the best interest of his customers to realize their success and to fulfill their requirements, on time and on-budget.

Michael graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Engineering in 2000.
