CHRIS MCCARTHY

DIRECTOR, NAVY PROGRAMS

Christopher McCarthy is the Director of Navy Programs at RPI Group. He has over 20 years of technical and leadership experience in the Department of Defense and defense contracting. He developed a specialty in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) during his time in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) where he was a WMD Technician and Instructor. Chris left the USMC after four years to pursue his degree.

Chris leveraged his USMC technical and leadership experience to become an Operations Manager, Deputy Program, and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, Kalman Company, and A-T Solutions/Pacific Architects & Engineers before joining the RPI family.

As the Director of the RPI Navy portfolio, Chris is responsible for customer relations, contractual performance, and portfolio growth in a highly complex environment that is critical to national security. His mission-focused servant leadership style aligns with RPI Core Values to support his team members while exceeding customer mission requirements. He enjoys solving difficult problems and helping teammates grow to their fullest potential while doing important and interesting work for the Navy.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University.
