RPI GROUP MAKES INC. MAGAZINE’S BEST WORKPLACES OF 2020

Exciting stuff, right? We are so excited and honored to be a part of this list, next to so many other great companies. This list wasn’t taken lightly. Inc.com took a wide-range and comprehensive measurement of thousands of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

SO WHY DID RPI MAKE THAT LIST?

When it comes to retention and engagement, we’re industry outliers. We hire people who don’t just love what they do, but leap at the chance to solve challenges others can’t. Our people are the deciding factor in our client’s success or failure—and we know that the more we invest in our people, the more they can invest in their work.

Almost two decades ago, Bob got into this business because he loved ambitious projects, and he has spent the last twenty years hiring more people who feel the same way. People who want to meet the timelines others couldn’t and solve the complex challenges. Even after all this time, we’re still obsessed with fixing what is broken in the industry while providing an experience as seamless as the final product.

We’ve continued to go through extraordinary lengths to attract, develop, and maintain our highly skilled and dedicated workforce. They are incredible and our customers benefit because they receive top quality support, outstanding experts and results that our employees can continue rising to any challenge.

It is the extraordinary people and teams working in the close-knit family-like atmosphere that make the real difference.

STILL NOT SURE? JUST LISTEN TO OUR EMPLOYEES.
